SALAR International organized an exchange visit in cooperation with Hazmieh municipality for the union of Jurd Al-Qayteh and Dreib Al-Awsat along with their respective municipalities.
Hosted by Hazmieh Municipality, the event was attended by the General Director of Local Administrations and Councils, Mr. Ahmad Rajab, who shared his experience in local development and its impact. The discussion session began with Q&A about governance and local development. The attendees also addressed the challenges facing local authorities in Akkar, specifically within the scope of the union of municipalities of Jurd Al-Qayteh and Dreib Al-Awsat.
