Based on the needs assessment conducted by Democracy Reporting International (D.R.I.), and in partnership with G8T Solutions S.A.R.L, SALAR International deployed an Internal Management System for Jurd Al-Qayteh union of municipalities in Akkar.
About the Internal Management System
Designed to be user-friendly, the Internal Management System includes an interactive calendar, an interactive map, workflow management, incomes, budgeting and expenses, citizens’ orders and transactions and a documents management system. It also offered the union an independency of consultants whenever it comes to financial estimates and budgeting.
Outcome: Staff of Jurd Al-Qayteh union of municipalities were happy to see that the system eased the process and made it more efficient, affirming that tasks that used to take three days to be accomplished, only needs three hours now.
